Troubleshooting Guide
We apologize for any difficulty you are experiencing signing in to the Affinity Web Portal. Please try the following steps to assist you in gaining access.
  • If you get an error message in red text on the sign in screen, you have entered an incorrect User Name and/or password. This could just be a typo, or it could mean one or both of the entries is wrong.
  • Utilize the Forgot User Name option under the Need Assistance banner. Remember that your User Name is no longer your email address. Even if you think you know your User Name, this could be causing the issue.
  • Utilize the Forgot password option under the Need Assistance banner. You will not be able to reset your password without the correct User Name. Remember that your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 2 numerals.
  • If you are locked out after multiple failed attempts to answer your security questions, you will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours.

NOTE: Your User Name and password are confidential and personal to you. We are not able to provide your User Name or password to you over the phone or in email. In addition, although your account can be unlocked, we cannot reset your access to a default state or assign a temporary password. You must gain access utilizing the User Name and password information you have set up.
